We bring the theatre with us
Six of us make new plays in an empty swimming baths and take them to towns that lost their theatre or never had one. One van, a three-hour get-in, and everybody on the same wage.

The work
On now, next, and still an argument
Everything Flooded
Two hours in a village that has been told its flood defence is not worth the money. Four actors, ninety minutes, no interval, and a scene that has had to be rewritten in every town because the number they were offered was different.
The Last Bus from Hallow
The show that started all this, made in 2021 for nineteen people in a chapel. Revived with the same set, which still fits under the seats of the van.
The Weighbridge
A haulage yard, a closed-down weighbridge and three brothers who cannot agree what the land is worth. Half written, and the half that exists is too long.

What arrives when we do
If your hall has a door wide enough for a table and a socket that works, it is a theatre for the night.

One van, unloaded by six people
We get in at two and you have your hall back by eleven, swept. Nobody from your committee has to stay unless they want to.

A show built for a room eight metres wide
No flying, no rig, no blackout needed. If the curtains do not close we play it with the lights on, and it has worked every time.

A fee, not a gamble
We charge a flat 00 and the door money is yours. If you sell nothing you still only owe the fee; if you sell out you keep the difference.

The morning after
A free workshop for whoever wants one: a school, a youth club, eleven adults in a back room. It is in the fee, not an extra.

What the halls said
They came at two and by seven it did not look like our hall any more. At half eleven it did again.

Tickets are pay what you decide at the door. Nothing is booked in advance except the seats we hold back for people who ask.
